Our Site operates as a curated marketplace. We partner with various independent brands and suppliers (“Suppliers” or “Brand Partners”) who ship their products directly to you. This policy explains how your data is handled in this process.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor Shopify and with our Brand Partners for fulfillment purposes.

Customer Support Information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, email address, phone number, and contents of your communications with us.

  • Purpose of collection: To provide you with customer support and resolve any issues.

  • Source of collection: Collected from you.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers and third-party partners to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described below.

  • Suppliers and Brand Partners: To fulfill your order, we share your order information with the third-party Supplier who makes and ships the product(s) you purchased. This information includes your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the specific items in your order. Our Suppliers are contractually obligated to use this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes or sharing it with any other party.

  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: We share information with advertising partners, such as Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

Retention

Minors

This Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. Our products are intended to be purchased by adults. Your Personal Information will be initially processed in Ireland and then will be transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.

Furthermore, if you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you. We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Your California Privacy Rights If you are a resident of California, you have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you (also known as the ‘Right to Know’), to port it to a new service, and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or erased.
