Shipping policy

How We Ship

Nature Kids Co. works with a network of small, sustainable brands that ship your products directly from their own facilities. This reduces unnecessary transportation and warehousing, lowers the carbon footprint of every order, and ensures your items are handled less and arrive in the best possible condition. Because your products come straight from the makers, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on the items you select.

Order Processing

Most items are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. As soon as a package is on its way, you will receive tracking information whenever it is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on the products in your cart and the number of brand partners involved in fulfilling your order. Each partner has its own shipping practices designed to support responsible, low-impact delivery. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 14 days. Some items—such as made-to-order pieces or products shipped from international partners—may take longer. Delivery times may also extend during peak holiday seasons.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address before an item ships, please contact support@naturekidsco.com. Once a package has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, email support@naturekidsco.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or issue a refund. If an item arrives damaged, reach out to us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
