Our 30-Day Return Promise

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, sellable condition. This means:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • In its original packaging

  • You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To begin the return process, please email our support team at support@naturekidsco.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Await Approval: We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack your item(s) and send them to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. The original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Restocking Fees for Large Items

Please be aware that certain larger items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. This applies to products such as:

  • Furniture (tables, chairs, shelves)

  • Playground equipment (climbers, slides)

  • Other large or oversized items that require special handling.

This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and repackaging these substantial items. If you have questions about whether an item is subject to a restocking fee, please contact us before making your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@naturekidsco.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make things right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to perform a return and place a new order.

  1. Follow the steps above to return the original item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you'd like. This ensures you get your new product quickly without waiting for the return to be processed.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
