Sizing & How Many You Need

Small: About 8" long x 3" wide, for light days
Medium: About 10.5" long x 3.5" wide, for regular and heavy days
Large: About 13" long x 3.5" wide, for overnight and heavy flow
For one cycle: Plan on 6–12 small or medium pads and 1–3 large pads, depending on your flow and how long your period lasts.

How to Use & Care

Before first use: Wash your pads.
To wear: Snap the pad around your underwear with the tag side facing down. Change every 2–6 hours or as needed.
Between washes: Rinse or soak in cold water after changing to keep stains from setting.
Washing: Hand or machine wash on a cold or warm cycle. Line dry or tumble dry.
Avoid: Fabric softener and dryer sheets (they reduce absorbency) and bleach (it breaks down fibers and can de-laminate the waterproof layer).
Stains: Lay pads out in the sun to lift stains.
